20th Annual IEA-IETA-EPRI Workshop on Greenhouse Gas Emission Trading

The 20th annual workshop organised by the International Energy Agency (IEA), International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) and Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) will take place for the first time in four virtual sessions distributed among 21, 22 and 23 October 2020.

Always a widely-anticipated date in the global carbon trading calendar, this invitation-only workshop brings together over one hundred senior government officials, corporate executives from power companies, energy-intensive industries, brokerage companies and the financial community, analysts and researchers from non-governmental organisations and academia, to discuss the latest updates in and prospects for GHG emissions trading around the world. The workshop combines presentations based on recent research with interactive discussions, held under the Chatham House Rule.
