Wages for women in the energy sector are almost 15% lower than for men at the same skill levels.

Less than 15% of senior managers in the energy sector are women.

Only about 11% of start-up founders are women. This is much lower than outside of the sector. Levelling the playing field for female and male entrepreneurs is vital.
