New Commercial Buildings Guidelines

To incite professionals to design more energy-efficient commercial buildings than the current regulations require, sectoral guides have been produced by ADEME and the Association of Air-Conditioning, Ventilation and Cold Engineers. Eight guides (hotel, office, health, educational, retail, leisure, industry and agricultural sectors) were published between 1992 and 1997.
