Minister of Environment Decree No. 13/2009: Emission Standards for Stationary Sources of Oil and Gas Industry Activities

Exercising its authority to formulate emission standards, the Ministry of Environment, in this decree, sets emission standards for combustion processes and certain equipments for oil and gas activities.

 

Methane-relevant standards include combustion process of flare gas unit (see link annex 4, section 1d.) and glycol dehydrator unit (2c.). Addresses VOCs more broadly, not methane specific.
