The plan indicates that in the next years, it is necessary to balance different objectives such as:

• ensure the certainty and quality of the supply;
• establish an economically competitive model with less external dependence
• respect the environment
• a greater weight of the renewable energies
• reduce the consumption of fossil fuels
• Increase efficiency in the use of energy
