Luxembourg- Energy Performance Certificate

In order to promote the improvement of the energy performance of buildings, this Regulation lays down:
 

• the method for calculating the integrated energy performance of buildings;
• the energy performance requirements for new buildings and for buildings undergoing substantial extension, alteration or alteration and which, after such work, are buildings;
• certification of the energy performance of buildings.
