Ordice on Acquiring the Status of Eligible Electricity Producer 2013

According to the Ordice, an eligible producer is an energy entity producing both electrical and thermal energy in a single production facility, using waste or renewable energy sources in an economically appropriate manner harmonized with environmental protection.

Policy outlines in detail documentation needed for the application for EP and also explains administrative procedures related to such application. On basis of changes from 2011 preliminary EP Status validity is from two to four years. General duration of the EP status has been extended to 14 years.
