China plans to increase installed generation capacity for solar power to over 21GW by 2015.

State Grid Cooperation for China (SGCC) announced a plan to allow small-scale distributed solar power generators to connect to its power lines and allow solar power generators with less than 6 MW of installed capacity and lower than 10,000 kV to be connected to the grid.

SGCC will also provide technological assistance and waive charges associated with connecting to the grid, Distributed solar power generation will allow the industry to develop, as long as the grid-connection problems can be solved was established on Oct 2012 by State Grid.
