National Sustainable Electrification and Renewable Energy Program (PNESER)

The objective of the PNESER is to support the efforts of the Nicaraguan government to reduce poverty by promoting access of a significant portion of the population to efficient, sustainable electricity service. It also supports the creation of the conditions to diversify and transform the energy matrix and contributes to better conditions for mitigation and adaptation to climate change.
