3rd National Energy Efficiency Target Programme

The Energy Efficiency Plan for 2007-2013 is the Development Plan which describes the Estonian Government's action in a specific energy policy area (fuel and energy efficiency) as approved by the Government of the Republic.

Section 3 of the District Heating Act summarises the aims of the programme and related areas of activity in order to increase energy efficiency, preserve the quality of the environment, and restrict the use of national resources in Estonia over the course of the years 2007-2013. The policy document is supplemented by a three-year implementation plan, which sets out in greater detail the planned actions, enforcers and outputs for the period.
