Financial Law 388 of 23 December 2000

This law contains articles aimed at promoting renewable energy applications and ficing specific programmes related to meeting Italys Kyoto commitments. This law also has as its objective the funding of research and development activities by assigning funds to ENEA for research and project studies in the field of thermoelectric solar power plants and fuel cell applications.
