Government Energy Efficiency Leadership Programme

As part of the National Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (NEECS) 2001, EECA is managing voluntary energy efficiency agreements with large public sector organizations. Participants include public service departments, the defence forces, police, hospitals, tertiary education providers and Crown Research Institutes. This programme is now delivered through the Govt3 initiative.
