Act No. 314 / 2012 Coll. on Regular Inspections of Boilers, Heating Systems and Air-conditioning Systems as amended

The Act No. 314 / 2012 Coll. on Regular Inspections of Boilers, Heating Systems and Air-conditioning Systems as amended, define the procedures and set the intervals for regular inspection of boilers, one-off inspection of heating systems and inspection of air-conditioning systems. The Act also defines the professional expertise for those inspections. It implements the Directive 2010/31/EÚ (EPBD) aiming at the improvement of the energy efficiency of buildings. The Act establishes inspection procedure, duties of the building owner, periodicity of different regular inspections, content of the inspection report, procedure of examination for professional expertise, surveillance mechanisms and penalties.The Decrees define the administrative procedure of professional expertise examination and inspection procedures in detail.
