2023 Updated national energy and climate plan (NECP) - coal phase-out

In its updated national energy and climate plan submitted to the European Commission, Slovenia pledged to phasing out of domestic and imported coal for energy purposes and the cessation of operation of all coal units by 2033 at the latest.
