Special Funding Arrangement Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

The government of Shanghai, earmarked financial support for the upgrade and renovation of small and medium-sized boilers as well as to promote green and smart home appliances. The funding is provided by the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission through the Special Funding Arrangement Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction.
