Act 2017:1201 on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from certain fossil fuels

The Act aims at regulating Sweden's fuel market with reduction obligations for petrol or diesel. 
It was last amended in 2023, with an annual GHG reduction share of 7.8% for gasoline and 30.5% for diesel in 2022 and 2023.
