Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Act 2021

The act provides an updated framework to notably improve the mitigation of GHG emissions in Singapore.  

Among measures, the government aims at reducing HFCs emissions from the use of refrigerants through restrictions on the supply of refrigeration and airconditioning equipments.
