Executive Decree No. 44321 on ozone-depleting substances

The decree aims at translating the Kigali Amendment of the Montreal Protocol with regards to imports, exports, use and consumptions of F-gases, notably HFCs. 

  The decree is part of a broader framework regulating other ozone-depleting substances through its 2018 law No. 9522 on the amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
