2020 Environmental Management and Co-Ordination (Controlled Substances) Regulations

The regulations translates the norms and ambitions set in the Montreal Protocol and its amendments. 
The 2020 regulations notably includes norms on imports, exports, manufacturing and use of F-gases, and expanded the list of controlled substances to HFCs.
