Law 1970/2019 on the approval of the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol

The law translates the norms and targets of the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol to Colombia's legal framework. 

It notably includes HFCs to the control list of substances along with import, export, use and production of F-gases.
