Finland - REPowerEU

Finland expanded its Recovery and Resilience Plan with an additional chapter on Repower EU, endorsed by the EU Commission on 21 November 2023. The chapter is worth EUR 127.09 million. To finance the measures, Estonia has asked for its share of the Brexit Adjustment Reserve to be transferred to the plan, amounting to €6.6 million. These funds would be added to Estonia's Repower EU grant of €83.3 million.
