Measures on Investment Permits for People of the Mainland Area

The amended Investment Permits for People of the Mainland Area (“MIPPM”) considers individuals, juristic persons, organizations, other institutions from Mainland and the companies they invest into in a third area ,which are engaging in investment behaviours in Taiwan area. Such investments would have to comply to the requirements set forth by Chinese Taipei with its investment plans being assessed and approved by the authority.
