Building Regulations - Technical Guidance Document on the Conservation of Fuel and Energy

The 2019 regulation aims at implementing the updated European Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) into Irish national law. 
The technical guidance document were updated in 2022 to provide general guidance and standards for minimum performance levels and integration of renewables in new dwellings.
