Construction and Housing Code - Energy Performance Certificate

Buildings requirements are set through the new Code of Construction and Housing enacted in 2021. 
New constructions must respect the Energy Performance Diagnostic (DPE), equivalent to a performance certificate at the same time, by providing guidelines and minimum energy performance standards for building technologies.
