National Programme for Rational Use of Energy and Energy Efficiency

A voluntary classification scheme was initiated at the federal level for energy efficiency of building envelopes. This initiative supports the three main components of the National Programme for Rational Use of Energy and Energy Efficiency (Decree 140/2007).
