National Environment Program Call 12/2021: Energy savings of public buildings

The funds are intended for owners of public buildings to carry out energy-saving renovations. The covered scope includes: 

  • Insulation of the building envelope
  • Replacement and renovation (overhaul) of hole fillings
  • Implementation of measures that have a demonstrable effect on the energy demand of the building or improvement of the quality of the internal environment (e.g. reconstruction and modernization of internal lighting, measurement and regulation systems for heating and ventilation, measures to improve room acoustics, measures to prevent summer overheating)
  • Implementation of forced ventilation systems with waste heat recovery
  • Implementation of systems using waste heat
  • Replacement of a source for heating, cooling or preparation of domestic hot water with an output of less than 5 MW using fossil fuels or electricity with efficient sources using biomass, heat pumps, condensing boilers on natural gas or equipment for the combined production of electricity and heat or cold using renewable sources or natural gas
  • Installation of a photovoltaic system, including the accumulation of electrical energy
  • Installation of solar thermal collectors
