Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the State of Israel and the cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the State of Israel and the cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine entered in force in 2021. It provides for the reduction or elimination of border tariffs lines, notably for following energy sector products:

  •  Waste and scrap of tinned iron or steel 
  • Alloy Steel
  •  Nickel ores and concentrates 
  •  Nickel oxides and hydroxides 
  •  Mineral or chemical fertilisers containing the two fertilising elements Phosphorus and Potassium 
  •  Ammonia in aqueous solution 
  • Pellets from Iron ore
  •  Waste suitable for the recovery of Iron or Manganese 
  • Articles of Iron


The rules of Origin delineated in the Agreement require non-originating materials to not exceed 10% of the ex-works price of the product to qualify for preferential tariff treatment.
