Jordan - Tunisia Free Trade Agreement

The Jordan-Tunisia Free Trade Agreement provides for the elimination of  import and export tariffs between the two countries on specific products, such as Tunisian steel exports. Jordanian fertilizer exports benefit from gradual tariff reduction.

Rules of origin delineated in the Agreement state that goods may benefit from preferential tariff treatment if satisfying a  40% local added value minimum requirement.
