Mexico - 2040 Gasoline Car Sales Ban

Mexico Commission for Environmental Preservation approved amendments to the Law on Mitigation and Adaptation to Climate Change and Sustainable Development for Mexico City to ban the sale and circulation of all gasoline vehicles by 2050. As part of the amendment, only electric cars can be sold by 2040.
