Executive Decree 35091 on Biofuels Regulation

The executive decree sets the legal framework for the development of a national biofuels industry in Costa Rica. 
Fossil fuels sold in Costa Rica must reach a blending target of biofuels to fossil fuels from 0% to 8% for bioethanol and from 0% to 5% for biodiesel.
