NOM-016-CRE2016 on Quality Specifications for Petroleum Products

The standard sets a maximum ethanol blending rate to gasoline, up to 5.8%, and prohibits the blend of ethanol in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey. 
The standard was revised in 2017 to allow ethanol blending up to 10%.
