Revised/Updated NDC of Mexico

Mexico aims at reducing its GHG emissions by 22% relatively to an updated business -as-usual trajectory by 2030 or by 36% by the same date, conditional on the provision of international support. The NDC also mentions a mitigation target for black carbon.
