Revised/Updated NDC of Democratic Republic of the Congo

The Democratic Republic of the Congo aims to reduce its GHG emissions by 2% by 2030 relative to an updated business-as-usual trajectory  , and up to 21% by the same date, conditional on the provision of international support.
