Export tax rebate system - exclusion for anodes and nitrogen fertilizers

The Chilean government has implemented a support system reducing export duties for certain goods incorporating at least 50% imported inputs. All energy sectors may benefit from it, except for some specific products such as anodes (HS 7402) and nitrogen fertilizers (HS 3102).
