Luxembourg's Integrated Energy and Climate Plan - Fossil Fuels Boilers

From 2023 onwards, Luxembourg will adopt heat pumps for all new buildings. For existing buildings, a voluntary approach is taken to replace damaged fossil fuel heating systems.
