COP28 - USA coal phase-out

At COP28, the US Climate Envoy John Kerry mentionned the need to phase-out coal to reach the pledge to reach net zero-emissions by 2035 in the power sector.
The United States also joined the Powering Past Coal Alliance in the same period of time.
