Minerals Ordinance (1992:285)

The 1992 Minerals Ordinance contains the particular requirements of application content and processes for mineral exploration permits and exploitation concessions. 
Section 17 of the Ordinance stipulates that exploitation concession applications must be accompanied by an environmental impact assessment for review by the county administrative board.
