Household Support Fund - 4th extension

An additional GBP 842 million is being granted in England to extend the Household Support Fund by another 12 months, from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024. Local authorities will utilise the supplementary funding to provide assistance to vulnerable households.

The Household Support Fund, which helps those in most need with payments towards the rising cost of food, energy, and water bills, is administered by local councils in England.
