Hainan Corporate electricity consumer subsidy scheme

In an effort to shield its consumers from the impacts of the global energy crisis, the Hainan Province enacted a manufacturing company-oriented subsidy scheme, based on electricity consumption during the third quarter of the year 2022. The support is distributed end October as follows:
- CNY 10,000 subsidy to manufacturing companies consuming 40,000 to 300,000 kWh ;
- CNY 50,000 subsidy to those consuming 300,000 to 3 million kWh ;
- CNY 100,000 subsidy to those consuming over 3 million kWh.
