Inflation Reduction Act 2022: Sec. 60107 Low Emissions Electricity Program

The U.S. Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 allocates USD 90 million in funding to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with electricity. Specifically, funds are allocated to educate domestic consumers, to educate and assist disadvantaged communities, for industry outreach and assistance, for local/state/Tribal outreach and assistance, and for future assessments of emissions reductions.
