Ratification of the Doha Amendments to Kyoto Protocol Decree 16/2021

The ratification approves the amendments to the Kyoto protocol made during the Conference Of Parties (COP 18) in Doha and gives it the empowerment of a law.

The amendment contains a definition for greenhouse gases. It also presents a list of gases causing climate change, with a clear indication of methane.
