Infrastructure plan 2035

Last updated: 12 May 2023

The Danish government developed in June 2021 the "Infrastructure plan 2035", aiming at reducing the emissions in the transport sector.

The plan aims at co-financing publicly accessible charging infrastructures on state roads from 2021-2030, co-financing renewable refuelling stations and charging infrastructure for heavy duty vehicles and funding research on green asphalt reducing rolling resistance and fuel usage.

In 2023, additional funding was earmarked to refurbish S-train stations in Copenhagen.
