DOE funding for geothermal energy technologies

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced up to USD 12 million for technologies that can make geothermal systems more efficient for clean, renewable energy production. The funding will target enhanced geothermal systems (EGS) to unlock the potential for increased electricity generation using geothermal energy.
