Sustainable growth agenda

As part of the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility, Finland submitted its plan to the European Commission. The plan is divided into four main pillars:

 

1) The green transition supports economic restructuring and carbon neutrality: EUR 822 million

2) Digitalization and data economy strengthen productivity and bring services available to everyone: EUR 217 million

3) Raising employment rates and skills levels to accelerate sustainable growth: EUR 636 million

4) Strengthening access to social and health services and increasing cost-effectiveness: EUR 400 million

 

The general objectives of the plan are the following:

- Reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions

- Productivity growth

- Raising the employment rate

- Speed up access to health services

- Progress on equality
