Resolution No. PP-3379 "On measures to ensure the rational use of energy resources"

A procedure has been established according to which, from January 1, 2018: Payment for electric energy used during the peak hours of the load of the unified electric power system (peak period - morning and evening highs, determined in accordance with the established procedure), is carried out using a multiplying coefficient in the amount of 1.5 times to the established tariff, period - dark time of the day) - with the application of a reduction factor in the amount of 1.5 times to the established tariff and the half-peak period (daylight hours) - at the established tariff;- during the design, reconstruction, construction and commissioning of buildings and structures of state bodies and institutions, as well as multi-apartment housing stock, they are checked for compliance with urban planning norms and rules in terms of the use of energy efficient and energy saving technologies; - in the design, reconstruction and construction of all buildings and structures, except for individual housing construction, the mandatory installation of certified solar water heating installations for hot water supply, as well as energy-saving lamps is provided.
