Public Buildings Energy Saving Resolution - Flanders

The Flemish government has approved a resolution by which the public authorities will demonstrate their willingness to save energy by a reduction of 10% of the electricity and fuel consumption in the 100 largest buildings by 2004, to enhance the energy efficiency of, and the use of renewable energy sources in, new public buildings.
