Standardised electronic bidding procedure for domestically-produced natural gas

The policy aims to provide standard procedure for sale of natural gas in a transparent and competitive manner through e-bidding, in order to create a market-based price discovery mechanism for domestically-produced gas. This policy is set to bring uniformity to the bidding process and to avoid ambiguity. Affiliate companies are allowed to participate in the bidding process, to facilitate more competition in the gas exchange market.
