Amendment to the Act on Biocomponents and Liquid Biofuels - Low-Emission Transport Fund

The amendment to the Act on Biocomponents and Liquid Biofuels and Certain Other Acts that liquidates the Low-Emission Transport Fund and designates its responsibilities to the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The stated purpose is to accelerate public financing for low-emission transport and to designate the responsibility of environmental protection to the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The Low-Emission Transport Fund's financing will transfer over to the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. A change in the tax regulation from this amendment will be that there will no longer be tax benefits from funds received from the FNT (they will now come from benefits from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management).
