His remarks will be livestreamed and set the scene for the two following days of Ministerial discussions, nine roundtables and almost 120 side-events. Other speakers in this panel include Jennifer Granholm, US Secretary of Energy, and John Kerry, US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate Change.
