Notes

The graph shows the share of fossil-fuelled power plants’ installed capacities for each level of standardised precipitation using the Standardized Precipitation Index, compared to the level of the pre-industrial period (1850-1900). The near term refers up to 2040, while the long term covers the period 2081-2100.
